"It’s old! Some rooms really need an update, especially the bathrooms!!!! Never see any management any where as u go about your day. Housekeeping just ok! Ruth Chris is a nice addition, but pricey!! Lord Essex needs complete over haul!!! The only thing good is the location!! Bell people helpful with luggage and car!!"
