"Despite being under renovation, the room and common areas are clean and well maintained. Very light and pleasant breakfast room and lobby area. Excellent breakfast choices. One huge bonus is the direct connection to the Mayo Clinic via the pedestrian subway, connecting beyond to the Rochester skyway systems. This is a godsend in the winter when temperatures frequently plunge to single digits. I would definitely come back here if using the Mayo facilities. Great find. "

"One of the "perks" that this property had for this trip was access to a pool / hot tub. Upon check in, we were notified that these were out of order at this time due to a mechanical issue. Definitely unfortunate timing, as we were planning on using these amenities."
