"I only needed somewhere to sleep after attending the rugby. It was close to public transport, had so many dining options in walking distance and the room and beds/linen were clean. I didn't spend much time in the hotel so just to have somewhere clean and convenient to sleep, this was perfect. If I had to go to another event in or near the city, I would totally book this place again."

"What a wonderful, boutique hotel right in the heart of South Yarra - 5 star luxury. The rooms are beautifully appointed with the most comfortable bed, pillows and linens. Dyson hair dryer! Perfect spot to meet a friend for a coffee or wine as well. We will be back!"

"LOVED this property, Oaks Market st, Melb. Clean, plenty of open area, tall ceilings, great bed/pillows - comfy, omg the views amazing, stayed in a 2 bedroom with our sons for 2 nights, then a 1 bedroom for 3 nights with hubby, more amazing views. used the pool & spa - what fun we had. Breakfast great, close to shops, Kmart, Coles, trams & uber. This is my new go to - when visiting family in Melbourne. I felt safe & secure staying at the Oaks on Market street. Customer service great. thanks kathleen"
