Located in a great location just outside the CBD and very convenient. Very close to public transport. The room is clean, spacious and modern. The bathroom is clean and spacious. The highlight is the bed, incredibly comfortable and the pillows are so fluffy, had an amazing nights sleep. Both check in and check out was easy, staff were lovely and very professional. Would highly recommend

The location and proximity to transport /trams is brilliant! The facilities and views stunning. The customer service could do with a bit of customer training 101. Most staff members were great. However, one concerned us and he almost didn’t want to help.

The front desk staff were fantastic. Courteous and ready to help. Domestic cleaning not very good in replacing tea coffee and milk. Restaurant and surrounding areas were not open during the season at the hotel.

The property has good, quiet air conditioning, and it is located in a nice suburb, a short walk to a tram stop. Lift access was good, away from the hustle of the CBD.
