There was renovation work going on in the Property. The entrance to the Hotel was through the back and the carpets were smelly. Being on the 6th floor could hear loud noise. The room was clean but decor inside was old and closet space small and no safe to secure important documents. Its centrally located thats the only thing which we liked about the property.

Not the most appealing looking entry and reception but room was very clean and well equipped with everything needed, like hairdryer, iron, kettle, shower wash shampoo conditioner etc. nice checkout time at 11am. Can leave bags on checkout if flying out late was greatly appreciated. I’d stay here again. Thanks.

I can't fault my stay here. The location was perfect for my needs. Shipping and dining options were plenty. As for the hotel itself, the staff were incredible, the room immaculate and the bed so comfy I wish I had a late check-out because I didn't want to get up. I can't wait for my next stay here

A very nice hotel located near Chinatown. The room was beautiful and clean. Sections are under renovation, but it's not a huge deal. The staff was super helpful and recommended a nearby doctor when I got sick.

Wish we had researched just how far the hotel was from the airport, and had known there was a bus we could have used. We walked, carrying the bags, not an easy feat when you are in your 70's !!! Needless to say, we caught the bus back to the airport!! Otherwise, loved the hotel and friendly staff.
