Everything was as described - a lovely spacious apartment withing walking distance to all public transport, and only 2 stops on the train into Flinders St station.Plenty of dining options & bars within 5 minutes of apartment, with a Woolies across the road (50 metres). Would definitely stay here again next time in Melbourne."

"SoYa was excellent; it exceeded our expectations by far. The property was clean, friendly and welcoming. It has a cute leafy courtyard in the middle, and parking out the back. Handy kitchen amenities, extremely comfortable bed, lounge area with Netflix, nice bathroom. It was a quick walk to the local IGA and South Yarra station. The reception staff were very polite and helpful at every interaction, and most obliging with our late check out request. We really could not have enjoyed our stay more...

"I only needed somewhere to sleep after attending the rugby. It was close to public transport, had so many dining options in walking distance and the room and beds/linen were clean. I didn't spend much time in the hotel so just to have somewhere clean and convenient to sleep, this was perfect. If I had to go to another event in or near the city, I would totally book this place again."

"Very well designed studio room. Very quiet. Restaurant serves an awesome breakfast & coffee. Would like to see a dedicated elevator for the hotel staff. It could be a long wait when the housekeeping staff was going to their floors w/ the carts. More hooks & towel racks needed in the bathroom if you’re participating in the towel reuse program."
