"I would say your manager needs to take a look at your staff looking at the breakfast on the 9th floor they are all walking around from the show walking dead also none of the burners were on for the breakfast brunch at 10:00 am. Also the nite before one young lady was serving practically the whole bar area - the others were hiding behind a curtain in the ROJO lounge pretty sad when so many young ones want jobs. Hope your manager takes a walk around! I was not impressed first morning coffee...

"Location is great. Only complaint was ice machines were not working on multiple floors, the Super Bowl game was a challenge for all of the guests due to not being able to hear the game due to lobby music( they said they did not know how to fix if nor did they even try) and the $60 per night valet parking was kind of high. "
