"The property was ideally located for our needs. We were disappointed that the lobby and restaurant was extremely cold and trying to get room service was an issue. Room phone did not work and number published in elevator was not helpful."

"The Valencia is a nice hotel. We enjoyed the valet. The bed was extremely comfortable. Everything was with in walking distance. The room itself has some broken parts to the wooden blinds, and someone's socks on the floor next to the bed when we got there. The staff all seemed pretty nice. I am guessing that they usually give you a margarita or something when you check in but, we were told they were out of glasses when we got there, and we could come back later for it if we wanted. "Only bad thing I would really have to say is that they don't let you know there's a deposit we have to pay for every day we stay, and it's a high deposit. They should notify people as their booking about it. Wasn't able to really enjoy because the deposit we had to leave was our fun money. "
