"I met Leah at the end of my stay. I found out she is responsible for the amazingly clean accommodations! This was one of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in for a long time. I frequent pricey hotels and vacation homes. It seems properties (hotels and private residencies) do the bare minimum regarding cleaning. I know oftentimes housekeeping has limited time to clean, short staffing, etc. Leah is different - she gives a special home touch to the residence. I don’t know how she accomplishes this awesome feat - but I’m grateful. I had a customer service issue - the person I had to communicate with representing the property made me feel demoralized. No offense to that property manager person - we possibly had a misunderstanding. Leah smoothed everything out. She made my family and I feel heard. She added the human element to the modern day stay (with these stays - you do not see people - it’s primarily emails and texts). Leah is the true gem of this company. I hope that she gets the celebration and promotions that she deserves. Thank you Leah, you are awesome❤️. Thanks to you I would stay here again (and highly recommend it to others). Also the location is amazing and beautiful. "

"What a wonderful place! Rooms are very relaxing and well appointed. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. The location is excellent as well, and I had no trouble with parking even though this is a busy area. Palihouse will be my go-to for any future visits to Tampa. "

"beds were nice, bathroom was nice, but the water pressure / shower head sucked like they usually do at most hotels, the free breakfast was okay, the check in and check out process was the easiest I have ever been through in my life at any hotel, no extra forms to sign or charge of a credit card for incidentals which will be refunded like at other hotels, price was kind of expensive for one night, also there should be a microwave in the room for the price, not just a refrigerator, great location, easy to get in and out of the parking lot, free Wi-Fi, given password upon checkin"

"This was a bait and switch. The photo of the high rise building on the water is NOT where you will be staying!!!! The exterior photo of the “condo” is not provided. Only interior photos are shown. The inside of the property is “ok” but the location and exterior is awful! It is no where near the water. It is located in a shady neighborhood, far away from everything. It is not walking distance to anything. We had to Uber to do absolutely everything (including grocery etc). The amount of money we had to spend in Ubers due to the fact that we’re were in such a bad, isolated location, that money could have been spent on staying in a nice hotel or other accommodation that actually was on the beach! Once we were given the address (after paying of course) and we arrived we literally thought it was a mistake. Drove through a crap neighborhood , far from the water or any stores, restaurants etc and it was an old condo, that looked like an apartment complex on the first floor. When we contacted the people they said the photos in the booking are “of the area” which is a super stretch of the truth because the “area” they are talking about is a 15-20 min uber ride! Don’t waste you money on this misrepresented booking. It ruined our trip and we regretted every minute being there. "
