"Being honest, it so incredibly exceeded my expectations that I'm still smiling. The room was inexpensive, so I wasn't expecting much. The check in clerk was friendly and fast. The room was small and cramped. But, the bed was fantastic and the bathroom was great. I loved the shower. There was road noise from the highway, but it was constant enough, that with the comfortable bed, i slept for 10 hours. I ended up sleeping through breakfast, but the lady running the front desk in the morning shut...

"the office staff are always friendly and polite. the rooms are clean. The furniture are older units that could use paint touch ups. The bed and bedding have always been clean and comfortable. I would recommend visiting here. Very reasonable rates."

"Bathroom light fixture needs a 2nd bulb, it's burned out and too dark in there. (I made this note on the last visit as well.) Quiet stay, not a lot of guests this time of year. "

"We always stayed in Univeraity Park everytime we visit our daughter in UC Davis. The room offers amenities that we needed. It is clean. They renovated some rooms. It is also dog friendly. "
