"JW Marriott Juhu is a lovely property. We love its pool area, and its dining area. It is very open and inviting. The food was good. We especially liked the restaurant Saffron inside the hotel. The highlight our meal in Saffron was the perfectly spiced and super delicious Saag(which is made with five different greens). The second delicious item was the dessert called Chenna. "All in all we were happy with our stay. The room was well equipped and comfortable. My main problem was that they took a 15,000.00rp payment as security from my credit card and don’t refund it for 3-4 weeks. Normal practice would be to just place a hold on the credit card. "
