"It is now our “go to” hotel when in transit and overnighting at LAX. Helpful, friendly staff, clean, quiet rooms, quality linens & blackout shades. Frequent free airport shuttle every 30 minutes or so. OK food, full bar with spots on tv, typical hotel breakfast. Decent coffee, by my standards, dark roasted, in the room. Can’t really comment on the neighborhood as we didn’t leave the hotel. Right next door to the rental car return garage. "

"Upon arriving, I received friendly and efficient service from the front desk. I've never had my check-in completed as fast and efficient anywhere else ever. Some of that is luck, but mostly that is the result of the right business, having the right people, at the right time. All the hotel staff were great! I had a business appointment early the next day, so I ordered a wakeup call. When I used the automated phone service, my request was handled perfectly. However, I do believe that the menu confirmation may have had the date wrong. I had a slight concern there, but as I said, by call came through exactly on-time. Because of your outstanding service at the hotel, I was able to complete my business orderly, comfortably, and on-time. Thanks for your support and service."
