"Had a pleasant 2N stay at the hotel. The service from the front reception to bell boy is excellent. Was greeted by Mr Willy who is very friendly and patiently responded to my questions on my room request. Very pleased to note that my room was available before checkin time and my special request has been satisfied. "This is easily one of the best hotel in Batam, the view is amazing! We are going to stay here again on Christmas and New year! But the breakfast is horrible, I am sorry but all the cakes are hard and cold. Maybe if there’s pancake made fresh and warm bread with cheese that will be wonderful. "The apartment is huge, with 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Near to Nagoya, batam centre and grand mall. Good for family. The downside is that the toilet in the master bedroom was dirty, there was black spots in the bathtub. The whole unit floor was dusty and there were mold in the freezer. "
