"We arrive early from the ferry and no one was speaking English in our tower. Rafa was receptionist in tower 1 and was Amazing helping us move in. She explain the deposit issue and the wait for our move in. She found us a guide Lonbam and made our trip excellent. Later on akbar in tower 2 was also helpful and spoke great english"

"Had a pleasant 2N stay at the hotel. The service from the front reception to bell boy is excellent. Was greeted by Mr Willy who is very friendly and patiently responded to my questions on my room request. Very pleased to note that my room was available before checkin time and my special request has been satisfied. "The wardrobe door can't be open nor close properly as it was stuck; the shower was clogged with hair, with stain on the sofa and toiletries that seems to be left behind by previous occupants. Oh... Not to forget, the toilet paper was missing and the WiFi is not working. If you chose payment direct to owner, please make sure you carry enough cash with you. Card is NOT an option. Definitely will not go back again."
