"Everything about the property and it's staff is excellent. The one thing for which the property has no control is the walkability around the area to go to places 15 or twenty minutes walk. It's an issue that there are either no side walks or they have been taken over by the storekeepers. To be honest, many neighborhoods around hotel properties in USA are also not walkable. Not that the stores have overtaken the space, rather these areas are only car friendly. Side walks do not exist. This...

"Very nice and clean property with top notch service staffs. Great amenities and location to Lotte Mall. However breakfast spread is not much choices compare to other hotels. But the food quality is good which covers the shortfall of choices. Another negative comments is the staffs doesn't know how to operate the washer in the room, perhaps need more training to the housekeeping team I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. and peers."
