The bar could not service cocktail drinks due to not having a liquor license, only served one brand of beer (again not listed in hotel description) the breakfast did not have that much variety, too spread out throughout the restaurant rather than one general area. Food was also cold. Our room was the not the cleanest, stains on window curtains, towels were dirty with stains. Would not stay here again nor would...

" Great Breakfast, But Rooms Need an Update I recently stayed at The Westin Jakarta, and while my overall experience was positive, there were a few aspects that stood out for different reasons. "Excellent staff friendly and helpful. Very clean property, pretty and comfortable room. Good breakfast. I don’t give a five stars to property only because the pool water need more maintenance (maybe chlorine) and because the kitchen is open beside the restaurant and the food odour is strong and stay in your clothes. But I have to say that I reported that and the staff/management took their best action immediately. DEFINITELY I WILL COME BACK. Great value for your money."
