"We were very pleased about the property. One concern the ice machine, on the floor near the lobby, was not working. The agent at the front desk was okay. Had some answers to our questions but others nothing. Example: The TV was not working. He offered to move us but we were settled in. He then gave us the password and when used it the TV worked fine. "When we checked in they placed in a room directly by the front desk. About five minutes later I asked if we could get placed in another location within the hotel because the previous night we had stayed by a front desk and it was noisy. Chelsea found us a two bedroom suite and let us pay the difference and we had the most spacious and peaceful space for the night. Thank you Chelsea! "
