"You know what? The property was a little on the run-down side, but it really has potential, or perhaps some investor would pick it up and renovate it. The location is pretty good, the layout was decent, nice pool outside, nice scenery with palm trees, etc. But on the downside, there were plenty of stains in the carpets, the elevators were a little sketchy, the staff at the front desk always seemed to be hiding in the back and you had to somehow get their attention by calling out since there...
