"It was a really bad experience! The owner of the hotel is rude and aggressive. We were charged for the breakfast even though it was included. Staff cannot speak English which makes communication difficult. However, the owner is the worst and rudest of them all. We wanted to spend the afternoon on the hotel facilities after having checked out. We were nearly screamed at that we have to leave the property as we have already checked out.
