"We used the hotel for an overnight stay after a wedding in Windsor. We arrived late, as we couldn't check in early. We were shown to a room in one of the buildings that was being renovated. We were told the hotel was being upgraded when we checked in , a forewarning may have been helpful though The room was clean but 'tired'. "We were only here overnight for a layover, but it was a very comfortable rest for us! The staff was so professional and helpful with great service. The room was clean and included thoughtful touches like chocolates and a nice vase of water for the room. There is also a very convenient kiosk to schedule rides to the airport (or where ever you need to go!) which was very user-friendly and an amazing added bonus. We would be happy to stay here again!"

"A very convenient property a 5 minute ride from Windsor. Easy check-in, clean and comfy room. Lovely breakfast and not extortionate price for bar. However bad bits were that the heating in room was not blowing out warm air. When i went to reception the night manager Joe was very apologetic and brought a portable radiator to our room. So all good. On the whole a nice hotel and would stay again. "
