"Receptionist was friendly and welcoming, I booked a one night stay here and double (sleeper room) my room was changed to a room with a view of the Thames. Nice clean and comfortable. Room I was given tho it was directly opposite the lifts so was very noisy guests that need some consideration to not talk because they sounded like they were in my room. Sign needs to be put in place to ask guests to keep noise to a minimum when going to their rooms."

"It was conveniently near the terminal. Pod system is amazing. Check in and out was easy. Only negative was no lift and the price of wine."

"This is our fourth stay at the hotel. We come to London for my birthday to take in a show and to go out to diner. The hotel is great for getting around this part of London. Excellent transport connections from Charing Cross. Our room was perfect for two night stay, and so was the breakfast. The bacon, sausages, etc were perfectly cooked. The dining room staff are helpful friendly. Looking forward to our next stay. Thanks to all the staff."
