The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond by holding our bags after checkout for just $5 per bag, which made exploring the city so much easier. I recognize the same bellmen/concierge and the same wait staff in Hoyt’s which tells me the hotel treats their people well. The Rooms are so comfortable.
