"We got stuck there overnight in St Martin and they had availability. We have stayed there before. It is quite a comfortable place to stay and well situated. It was also quite reasonable for the night. We have stayed there multiple times and have always had a good experience. The people are extremely friendly. The only issue is you cannot check out late on a Saturday morning."

"We were very impressed with the courtesy and friendliness of the staff. The check in went smoothly and our unit was ready for us. The resort is very clean and the staff made sure it stayed that way. It’s ideally located if you don’t want to explore the island and stay put. There are a number of very good restaurants within the immediate walking area or just a short drive away. The beach and pool areas are exceptionally clean with lounge chairs and umbrellas. The only problem we found is that people claim the chairs very early in the morning by attaching their beach towel to the chairs. The security staff does their best to monitor this with a time limit of it being unoccupied and unused. Overall it was an enjoyable experience and we hope to visit again."

"The hotel was really beautiful, modern and clean. The staff were really friendly, attentive and super helpful. The only thing to consider is the location - It’s not really close to anything so it takes 20 - 30 minutes to get around to places. But there are plenty of taxis on site so if you want a mix of quiet relaxation and activity, it just might be your best bet. Other than that, it’s an amazing hotel, and we had a great time!"

"The property and staff were outstanding. The only complaint is the bar directly across the street from the Royal Palm...Nowhere Special. This bar starts its music at approximately 9pm and continues through 2am. The music is so loud it is almost impossible to fall asleep and get some sleep. The hotel offers earplugs and is very sympathetic. This bar is essentially an outdoor venue, they seemingly have zero regard for anyone else except their customer base. We refused to patronize this business for obvious reasons. If you would like to have a restful sleep, think twice before you book."
