I have experienced noise nuisance from a bar across the road. It has kept me awake every night. They start the very loud music at 9PM to exceed 2AM. A shame for this nice Hotel

Staff not friendly, specially the security guards and some front desk receptionist, never friendly at any time, even the staff at the pool bar, I don't know if they are low pay, the room was amazing with all the necessary to cook, rest and enjoy. As this was my first time in St. marten, my experience in staying at the resort was great. They were attentive and most of the staff were friendly. The apartment like rooms were great for a family and the 2 bathrooms so no one was waiting an extra long time. My only concern was that during the time of the hurricane and the shut down of the town and airport, the hotel nor corporate from the hotel executives, was not accommodating in providing residents with a discount of at least 1 free stay as they were aware that there were a lot of people who were not able to leave for at least 4 days thereafter.
