The property overlooks a lovely rice field and the mountains. The room was clean and tidy. Motor bikes and tours are able to be setup at the property. "We were completely shocked at the state of the room. We requested the best they had, yet there were dead bugs on the sheets, a blood stain on the bed! And toothbrush residue splattered all over the bathroom mirror. We took pictures and I let the staff (a woman who remained on her phone during the entire conversation) know. I showed her the issues and she simply nodded and nothing else. We quickly left and ran next door to the Rusa hotel and stayed there. I don't understand how Expedia partnered with this location. Completely unacceptable and disgusting. Please do better. The location was stunning, which is why we chose it. But wow."
