"We have a great week at the hotel, was beautiful and with close access to the metro. Employees were friendly and assisted at all times, buffet area was great and my family enjoy the hotel. "Its very nice hotel, I arrive early and they accept early check in without any extra charge and I also late check out and they did not charge me and also helps me with my baggage, the wifi is very good and there is plenty of hot water and tub in bathroom, I enjoyed, very recommended "

"This is a nice hotel but if you are used to 5 stars, lower your expectations Our room - which we paid through the roof - did not have a coffee maker - pretty standard nowadays. They said only in better rooms we could get it, in the meantime they had “Nescafé” for us to make with a kettle. When we insisted, the provided with a Nespresso type of machine, with absolutely terrible undrinkable coffee … cups remained dirty in the room throughout our stay. "The location and hotel accomidation is excellent. The buffet breakfast was very routine and same items every day, I wish there is a change in some breakfast items each day it would have been lot more enjoyable. Overall it is good hotel choice for our trip to Madrid."

"Spacious apartment located in ideal position to see the old town. Stayed on 5th floor, lift goes to 4th floor then flight of stairs to apartment and roof terrace. Living area had a raised platform with two steps to reach sofa and coffee table, so this apartment would be unsuitable for someone with mobility issues.
