A beautiful, restored old convent in a great location just a few minutes walk to the main square and restaurants. The room was lovely with a great view. They offer breakfast but there is no restaurant. There is a bar and sitting area The Spa was nice. We did have a problem with the steam room and sauna as they had not been turned on early enough for our session. We.mentioned this to the staff and without asking they didn't charge us. We would stay there again

Stellar property in a an incredibly lovely city. Well within walking distance of all we wanted to see and do. The entire property was spotless with great amenities and a beauty and charm that makes it very special. I wish we had more time there.

Beautiful property. Excellent staff. Well located. Good parking. Nice spa. My only issue is that the Expedia photos for the room (we chose a Junior suite) are misleading. The photos include one of a large patio but there are several junior suites and only one has the patio and it was already occupied.

This hotel is a hidden gem. Very pleased with the accommodations. It is clean, close to everything and quiet. Beds are super comfortable and staff are very friendly.

Unique property in a great location, but run like a hotel owned by teenagers or one run by a chain that's trying to cut costs. It's probably the latter. While there were no big problems, it was all the small ones that detracted from the experience: the wifi never worked, even with the alternative guest code; no wash cloths; no replenishment of towels; the fuse box buzzed loudly 24 hours/day unless you turned off every light; a device in the ceiling blinked at night; hangers were those kind that suggest the staff is afraid you're going to steal them...they can't be taken off, and they were so high up in the closet, a 5'7 woman couldn't reach them; water from the shower spread all over the bathroom floor making it wet and slippery non-stop; there weren't any umbrellas so when it suddenly rained (you have to go outside to get to the lobby) you got wet and there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang wet clothes to dry.. no laundry service on the weekend; and no restaurant (even though there is one right next door...).

Great location, great staff, loverly rooms, fantastic shower! Bar drinks menu poor as was not having a bar person always around to serve! Biggest disappointment was having to pay to use swimming pool and sauna, very unusual for this type of hotel.
