"Spacious apartment located in ideal position to see the old town. Stayed on 5th floor, lift goes to 4th floor then flight of stairs to apartment and roof terrace. Living area had a raised platform with two steps to reach sofa and coffee table, so this apartment would be unsuitable for someone with mobility issues. "A wonderful place to stay in Segovia! The rooms are comfortable, the environment is quiet, and all attractions are within walking distance. However, I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the internet was very slow one night and completely out the next. Unfortunately, we had no way to contact reception to resolve the issue."

"This hotel has the absolutely best location, half-way between the Acueducto and the Alcazar, on the main street for all the Segovia Old Town hotspots. It was a bit noisy at night, and the walls seemed pretty thin -- those were the only downsides though. Service was great, check-in and check-out were extremely easy, breakfast buffet was good, and I'd definitely do this same place again if we ever go back to Segovia. Heavenly Stay at a former convent

"I adored this place! From the moment you pull up, you know it's special. The lobby is great, rooms beautiful, views gorgeous. The downstairs bar and seating areas scattered on other floors give you ample options to relax outside of your room. It's a very easy walk to the aqueduct and fabulous restaurants like Jose Maria. Excellent staff."
