"This is a nice hotel but if you are used to 5 stars, lower your expectations Our room - which we paid through the roof - did not have a coffee maker - pretty standard nowadays. They said only in better rooms we could get it, in the meantime they had “Nescafé” for us to make with a kettle. "The location and hotel accomidation is excellent. The buffet breakfast was very routine and same items every day, I wish there is a change in some breakfast items each day it would have been lot more enjoyable. Overall it is good hotel choice for our trip to Madrid."
