"Not a great start. We arrived, had not received a text re cabin access and nobody answered the phone. When checking with Eungella Chalet we discovered that whoever input the dates into their systems had made a mistake. We had no accommodation for first night - dates a day ahead. Fortunately the lady at the chalet managed to find a one night stay at Broken River 5km away and the wonderful host there, Wen, welcomed us plus said she would work out payment with the cabins. "Mainly a caravan park with some villas. Very good beach. Comfortable stay. Clean. Quite crowded with multiple parked caravan. 20min drive to city Centre for food but there is a few good place nearby for meals. "

Outdoor pool, open 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, sun loungers

"Stayed here for 1 night and arrived around 19.30. Check was meant to be open till 20.00 but nobody was present. It waz very tricky to get through on the phone and a pain as we were very tired, all wax paid and we just wanted to get into the room. The room was lovely room, very spacious and clean, slept wonderful. Would stay again. "
