"There is nothing unique about this Hotel. The owner has to renovate this establishment. It’s not a place for humans. It’s totally runned down. The car bets are stained all over the place. The lobby is dirty, the sofas are stained, you cannot sit on them. In the rooms the curtains are stained, torn, no blinds. The condition of every furniture is bad, needs fixing or get new. The food is served in a old people home dyining room. Looks like the fifties, or a senatorium in the former USSR. The food...

"It's a bit old in some places, but perfectly functional. Rooms are a little bigger than typical Japanese business hotels. The public bath and pool are nice conveniences!"

"fabulous location, helpful staff but hotel itself needs a good refurbishment, carpets dirty and smelly, paintwork worn. Other floors of the hotel might be better but the foor I was on was way overdue for a spring clean."
