"Was a lovely hotel with lovely staff in a nice location, I do like the kings inn hotels but admittedly the bathroom wasn’t very clean nor modern and it did smell a little, but it was still good for the price we paid to stay there. The bed was comfortable and we had a sleep without any disturbances. Also breakfast was nice, and the bar maids were very nice and it was very calm and chilled to sit and have a drink in the evening. "

"For the price it had everything it needed. We had an executive room, which didn't seem anything special, so wonder what was better than a standard room. The bed was comfy though and given that we were right next to the road, it was very quiet. The staff were lovely and very quick to assist. "Really good customer service. I arrived late in the afternoon on Boxing Day, after a 4 hour drive, and one of the first things I was asked was had I eaten? Turns out it was a Boxing Day 3 course menu and the kitchen was just closing and the lady in reception wanted to ensure I could get something to eat rather than take a chance in the local area. Absolutely marvellous customer service and saved me a lot of faff. They allowed me to have what I wanted from the menu and tailored the price...
