"Hotel staff were wonderful, from Art who checked us in and gave us many recommendations for restaurants and told us about the freebee app to use for rides to Lindsay, the manager,who helped us after i tripped over a cement parking stop in the parking lot our first day there. Everyone was very friendly They have a good restaurant on the rooftop and that is also where the pool was located The rooms were spacious but lacked a room safe and need better pillows If you go, pay for the water view, ...

"Our room 112 definitely needed some deep cleaning of carpets and the toilet is not sturdy, other than that, it worked out just fine."

"Perfect location on Beach Drive for the Grand Prix. Spacious room, especially for an older hotel. Walking distance to all the great restaurants. Hotel staff was so pleasant and accommodating. We hope to be able to secure a room here again next year for the race. The only down side is that with the bar down stairs and rooftop bar upstairs, it can be a bit noisy at night, but nothing ear plugs can’t help with. "

"It's an older property that needs a bit of TLC. The elevator was out of order when we stayed there. Some paint peeling off the walls in the room, sink drained slowly and shower leaked a bit. They definitely need to get new mattresses. Ours was sagging a bit. Still, a nice, quaint little hotel in downtown St. Pete's at a reasonable price."

"The hotel was very nice, check in easy and location great. Room was very nice. We did have an issue with the water pressure from the shower head (not high enough to even wash my hair). I reported the problem to the front desk and hopefully they will fix the problem. We only stayed 1 night, so I don't know if the problem was resolved."

"This is truly an Inn. An older hotel which has been updated but they kept all the quaintness and hominess. The hosts are very helpful and accommodating. Everything was very clean and comfortable. A true gem centrally located in downtown."
