"Check in process was unsatisfactory. We went to register and said they didn’t have any rooms available. I called the reservation desk and they said they had rooms. We returned to the resort and they said they didn’t have any rooms. I called reservations again and she said she was working remotely and didn’t know if there was any rooms. I finally made the reservation through Expedia. Thank you Expedia. "

"We’ve stayed at Tradewinds many times.. this visit was excellent. The majority of the staff go out of the way to make you feel welcome. Our Bellhop was David. He had gone out of his way several times to make our stay better.. the coffee bar in the main lobby has the best coffee I have ever tasted! We went down there every morning and were served by a super friendly staff.. the Italian restaurant served amazing food… best breakfast around! We look forward to our next Tradewinds visit…"

"The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, we were especially impressed by Mark, Al, Mel and Ashley who worked the beach area. The pool area was very clean and well attended to. We found the vast majority of the common areas to be clean but there are signs of wear and tear which is expected given the recent hurricane. We had a lovely view from our room (partial view) but we could easily see the Gulf. The room itself was fairly small, there was only 2 of us so we got by. It could use more...

It actually smelled decent / Good when the Helpful and friendly Cuban Desk attendant educated me on the property, showed me a room and even shared his story along the walk!! Really good experience for the most part.. "
