Shell Key Preserve hotel rooms a the La Quinta Inn & Suites

"Check in process was unsatisfactory. We went to register and said they didn’t have any rooms available. I called the reservation desk and they said they had rooms. We returned to the resort and they said they didn’t have any rooms. I called reservations again and she said she was working remotely and didn’t know if there was any rooms. I finally made the reservation through Expedia. Thank you Expedia. "

"Beautiful spot! New owners opened in July then the hurricane hit. They are working so hard to get it all open in May. Everyone was so nice. Beach was pristine! Food truck has great food. "

"Great Boutique hotel ... cool decor. Extremely clean. Excellent restaurant. Nice staff. Only issue was the A/C fan which would cut in and out during the night, which disrupted my sleep somewhat. We would, however, most definitely, return."
