"Mostly good, the hotel is fine, but I can see it declining. Spa is closed, staff at front desk is not fluent in english (before they were), and Casa Lingo restaurant is awful"

"The property exceeded my expectations. It’s located in the heart of downtown Shanghai, within walking distance to all the tourist spots and local restaurants. Breakfast buffet is wonderful and bottled waters are full. Very nice English- speaking staff. I will stay at this hotel next time I visit Shanghai. Highly recommended. "
