"I thought that our room was not cleaned well at all. There were hairs in the bathroom and debris on the floor throughout the room. There was no soap for the bathroom sink, no extra toilet paper, and no regular coffee packets in the kitchenette area. I would still consider staying here again because of the convenient location, but I would look around for other options first."

"I didn't want to stay in a big hotel, so I chose the Inn. I am not disappointed! The Inn is charming and has so much character! The Damon room has a beautiful view of the street. It was comfortable and quiet! I didn't have to hear doors slamming and elevators dinging. Craig gave me all the info that I needed. "First time at this hotel which was recommended to me by a friend. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and it was a wonderful experience. The suite was amazing. Make sure you check hours if things though bc the Vault & Rotunda were both closed on a Sunday night. So we will be back again to check out both of those areas. Only one suggestion: this hotel is too good to be serving powder creamer with its coffee in the rooms! "
