"The customer service was top-notch. When airline cancellations made us miss the first night of our stay, they worked with us to refund us the night we missed. They were very efficient and courteous during the whole process. Being American, I’m not used to such efficiency and customer service. I’m very impressed. The location was also great. It’s super close to the Cheonggyecheon Stream & just 15 minute walk from Insadong & Ikseon areas. Highly recommend"

Only part was the glitch of receiving club lounge information was not written properly leading to miscommunication that I had booked my stay inclusive of club benefits and it was a shock to me when i checked in. Considering i have a young child and hotel breakfast was part of the plan. Hopefully this review will remove the glitch message and lessen guest's overall stay experience."
