"Location of the hotel is a prime spot right by the main station in Osaka which opens up options to everywhere. One floor down from the main lobby is a dining area right above Yodobashi Camera so if you don't want to go far for food, there is always those options. And there's also a Uniqlo on the ground level of the hotel making a lot of shopping easy to do."

The staff were absolutely incredible always pleasant, helpful, and genuinely invested in making my stay enjoyable. They went out of their way to provide shopping suggestions and directions, which made exploring the area so much easier. The hotel itself was spotless, with clean and well maintained rooms that were both comfortable and inviting. What truly stood out was the team's willingness to go above and beyond. On my last day, my luggage zipper broke, and the staff kindly assisted in fixing it, saving me from a major hassle of havingto purchase another bag. Thank you to the amazing team at this hotel for making my stay so memorable. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in Osaka! Highly recommend! "
