The staff was very attentive even before we were scheduled to stay. They made sure we had transportation from the airport and to the cruise terminal. There were plenty of coffee and snacks in the room and in the lobby. Nice rooftop seating area to relax and enjoy the view.

Nice hotel but lots homeless in area laying around. Be cautious when using parking lot. Wouldn’t walk around this area at night.

Quiet neighborhood with plenty of options for public transportation. Close to most major attractions in the city, like the waterfront, the Pike Place market and the cruise terminals.

Central location for the things we wanted to see. However, the homeless people around the hotel along with people doing drugs. I know that the hotel was not at fault for that, that's more of a Law Enforcement issue. To top that off, my truck was broken into which we discovered about 5am on the 25th.

The entire staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean. A lot of homeless next to the hotel are.. They lock their doors for safety at 10pm.

The staff was 5 professional, efficient, and friendly. Our room was clean, but really small, especially the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and we had a nice assortment of pillows. Our view was a window shade because the adjacent building was offices and/or apartments looking right at our window, just across the alley. There’s no coffee bar, and no cookies or breakfast. The hotel is located near an area we didn’t feel safe at night walking.

The hotel itself was great. Helpful and friendly staff. The hotel was cute and clean. Very European feeling. Rooms were clean and included everything we wanted/needed. Amazing rooftop patio! The area itself was really sketchy and seeing as we were visiting Seattle and getting around on foot and with transit, this meant having to maneuver a massive obstacle of dodgy characters in the immediate area. To be clear, we were not harassed or threatened by these characters but it is a little concerning about safety as I was travelling with my kid. The affordable price on this place is definitely because of location, not for a lack of comfort or service.

A short walk from the Clipper and close to many downtown attractions. Great dining nearby. Staff were amazing and wonderfully helpful - free bikes for guests with locks and helmets. Free stamps and mail service - I left something behind and manager went above and beyond to send to us back in Victoria.
