Adults only, great place to be in Seattle downtown. Gorgeous view from my window keep that up filling. I would say fantastic stay for adults. Windows are not kids friendly. If you travel with children please watch the windows! I would love to come and visit this place again.

This was a very cute & cozy place to stay in a great area of downtown Seattle. I truly appreciated all of the amenities, basically a mini one bedroom apartment (which included a full kitchenette complete with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator & sink) plus a mini den, a full bathroom & a walk-in closet. It was pretty perfect with the exception of being so close to the elevator…since I am a light sleeper, I could hear the movement of the elevator but for the most part it was quiet & I felt safe. The staff was very warm & friendly which was a plus. There were some technical issues with the door codes but the staff was quite attentive & efficient in fixing that. I would definitely recommend & personally would stay here again.

The property is very old. It is renovated, however. The hotel provides minimal service, but does offer a gym space. They do not clean your room during your stay. You need to ask for towels or new bedding if you wish to have it. There are many homeless people in the area and you can sometimes hear them at night yelling or getting into altercations. It is very close to Pike Market and the waterfront, and there is a nice view from the 5th floor where we stayed.

Staff was rude, internet wouldn’t work half the time, the floors and other renovations look like they were slapped together last minute, and the elevator was rickety.

Hotel was average at best with one very small elevator and not the most convenient keypad lock equipment. I also checked in just 30 minutes before my already pre-paid early check in and was charged an additional $35 dollars…for a room that was already ready.

I really loved my stay here, it was walkable to everything, and really close to the link. I loved how there was a kitchen and the front desk ladies were so nice ! The building is older so the elevator was pretty small but honestly not an issue at all. I would say you can hear the noises from outside at night, but it is located in a busy part of seattle so I expected that and it didn't bother me. Overall really recommend this hotel and definitely will be staying there again when I go back to seattle in the future !!

Our stay for my wife’s birthday was somewhat mediocre or lacking the pictures online lead to believe it’s nicer than to be expected. It isn’t a bad place but my wife was woken up a couple times throughout our stay due to the homeless outside in the alley yelling and screaming. Not their fault but obviously not ideal to say the least . I asked twice for house keeping and only got it once on our 4 night stay and even then it looked like a rushed job . What saves this place is the Kitchenette is nice and convenient and the fact that everything is local . Also their outdoor security where you input your code to get into the building we struggled all of our stay because the number 2 on the key pad is faulty and doesn’t work usually. So we had to try multiple times while being rained on with groceries or food , all while the front desk is just watching to see if you can get in . You would think they would help , would definitely come back to Seattle just not this place subar in my opinion wish I could get a refund

The room was excellent. Clean and we had everything we need. The elevator broke when we stayed there so had to use the stairs. It doesn’t bother us but am worried about disabled guests who booked the hotel. I didn’t get an email in advance that the elevator is not working. We would love to be informed in advance for future planning just in case one of us is disabled and can’t climb the stairs with suitcases behind us.

This location of this property is very convenient and the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, due to the age of the building, the facility of the property is not as good as I expected, especially the air conditioner. It makes a loud sound that made me hard to sleep. I like the kitchen in the room! Overall, 4-star!

We had a wonderful stay here! The only issue we had was that upon arrival we were told the elevator was down for maintenance for the remainder of our stay, I had received no email or call in advance to this issue. we had to take everything up 10 flights of stairs. they did have someone help at arrival. Better communication to the guests on there part was my only issue during my stay.
