"We were there only one night on our way to a cruise and it was very rainly. The staff (i believe he was Ricardo)was incredibly helpful in helping us get to our ship the next day when our ship had changed ports. I would definitely go back to experience the city of Chioggia and stay at this pretty hotel when it was not raining buckets! "

The hotel is beautiful, it’s convenient to everything you want to do in Venice and it’s easy to navigate transportation from the train station and airport. "Had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The staff was helpful and friendly. Only thing to keep in mind- it’s right on a canal which is great for travel but boats are going early in the morning and can be a bit loud. Didn’t diminish my stay though!"
