"What a beautiful hotel! From the lobby to the rooms, wow. Valet was expensive but nice. Staff were incredibly kind. Gym was empty and nice with a peleton and cold towels!"

"Hotel was nice and clean. Vallet was excellent, staff was friendly. The block the hotel was on felt very safe, but 3 blocks away there were a lot of homeless people camped on sidewalks and felt not very safe at night."

"The staff was absolutely amazing. Their friendliness and readiness to help was very evident. Breakfast was delicious. Parking was not easy but it was manageable. Only real complaint I have is that the sofa beds are a nightmare. You could feel every spring in the mattress. There is also a urine-like smell in the elevator landing as you enter the fifth floor. It may be time to renovate the property. But like I said, the staff really made the trip memorable. "
