The staff was extremely nice. The restaurant on the resort was amazing with amazing staff. Food was delightful. Beautiful grounds. Bed was super comfy. Felt very safe. And there was a grocery store around the corner to grab some snacks. Close to Mt.Hood as well. Would stay again!

This hotel is amazing. The grounds are so nice. It’s a very quiet and peaceful place to stay. It’s more affordable than other places that are outdated and offer less. The room was spacious, the bathroom was nice, and I even had a deck. I like how there’s a lot to do; basketball court, tennis court, pool, golf course, and spa (closed when I was there, but hopefully next time). The bed was comfortable. The only room for improvement is the pillows. I couldn’t sleep on it because it would flatten like a pancake so had to use sweatshirts for my pillow. Other than that this hotel was perfect!

I was waiting for my breakfast order for more than 40 minutes, whereas other tables were getting on-time, Finally i stand up and asked for the reason, i didnt get any valid reason for the delay, didnt ask something special. Welcoming reception staff and lobby area nicely decorated with self serve coffee available. Although we stayed in room that allows pets, we were glad we didnt bring our dogs this time because fenced dog area outside our room had a big pile of debris...lumber, etc. which would be hazardous for dogs.

Beautiful place, comfortable room. Staff professional and friendly. Breakfast was a joke! An embarrassment for a hotel like this. The menu was short and then the waitress gave us a list of things NOT available including what my wife chose. We should have stood up and walked out, but we needed breakfast and were in a hurry. Then it took forever to get the food in spite of asking for extremely basic. $20 for a 2 eggs and a piece of toast with frozen hash browns? Are you kidding me? We loved the place but the dining experience was worse than a cheap highway continental breakfast. Wake up and fix this!

The lady who checked us in wasn't very friendly, but everyone else I talked to was! Service, food & friendliness in the Altitude R. was excellent!

I would definitely stay here again! The staff was great! The food was great (other than the continental breakfast, plan on something else, this was not great) but we brought our own breakfast already. Overall pretty great.

Heated pool to use in the winter time. Food at the restaurant was reasonably priced but felt very upscale . Front desk staff was super nice and accommodating. Overall a great stay
