"Plus... Location, cleanliness, helpfulness of staff, great pool area, lovely looking lobby, nice areas for small groups, good parking and within easy walking distance of San Quirico d'Orcia Minus... Dogs barking next door all night, poor WiFi connection in the end room where I was. Two single beds put together meant a ridge down the middle! Expensive breakfast (15€) for what it was."

"Communication with owner excellent. Was able to drop bags at unit and then park car in space provided by hotel about a 10 minute walk down or up depending on direction. Apartment large and comfortable. Breakfast nice continental assortment. Owner helped with bags up 2 flights of stairs checking in. Excellent location. Every thing nearby. We would book again"

"Gorgeous place, pool and area around it is very beautiful! Very quiet area, staff was wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Very small TV in room, no internet inside apartment, had to go to the courtyard to get connection. No couch, two arm chairs and dining room table to sit at. Furniture wise - not all all comfortable, beds not very comfortable as well. "
