The stay was amazing, Such a clean hotel. Good breakfast! Family fun hotel that are on top of everything. There’s one main guy who is very loud when he talks but he is very passionate! 100% I would stay again. Beautiful place.

Hotel Due Cigni goes beyond our expectations. It's the cleanest hotel we have been to even in comparison to any five star hotels. Check in was a breeze with great recommendations to places to visit, restaurant for dinner and a winery in Montelpuciano. A wonderful family run hotel. Will definitely stay here again!

This family owned hotel is a diamond find. The hospitality and guest services are exceptional and genuine. Niccolò, Simonetta and Matteo are friendly, kind and always ready to help you in your exploration of Montepulciano, restaurants and many other sites nearby. The room was spotless, comfortable and the complimentary breakfast quite satisfying. We hope to return to this wonderful little hotel.

This was one of the best finds on our Italian journey. The hotel is super clean and in a quiet side-street within 5 minutes drive out of Montepulciano.Breakfast was generous and went beyond a simple continental spread.Nicolo on Reception was a manic joy with cheerful endless banter whose enthusiastic welcome was continued throughout the whole day as he never seemed to be off duty! A delightful short stay heartily recommended.

Excellent hotel. Inexpensive, spotlessly clean family owned small hotel. Wonderful breakfast with freshly made cakes. Fabulous hosts. It’s located in a very small town with limited restaurants/shops nearby, but there are a couple of restaurants walking distance and Montepulciano is only a short drive. Swimming pool is great, but about a 5 minute drive away.

This hotel is clean, tidy & well run..the family are very kind & helpful nothing was a bother. We didn't realise that this hotel is not in the centre of Montepulciano, so not having a car was a problem..however Mattao organised the bus timetable for us & his partner drove us to the local swimming pool..

Wonderful family owned modern hotel, with elevator, spotlessly clean. Well-situated to explore the beautiful region. Proprietor, Matteo gave excellent suggestions about where to go, what to see and even where to eat although the hotel offers three course meals at a reasonable price. Amazing! We stayed here for one night and the cleanliness was impeccable. The attention to detail and customer service was the best we have experienced in Italy. We were served an outstanding breakfast and the beds were super comfortable. Overall, it was fantastic!

Stay here for Montepulciano!
Our second stay in two weeks returning due to the brilliant staff and service as well as this being a lovely small hotel. Not luxury, but clean, comfortable and everything you need for a short stay. Great location for visiting Montepulciano (10 mins drive) and Tuscany generally - and at a fraction of the price of other hotels. Staff are unbelievably helpful with local info and both dinner (reasonably priced) and breakfast (included) were great. Other good dining options within 5 mins walk. Will definitely return!
