This hotel checks all the boxes. It's newer (3 or 4 years old) so very pristine yet built in a classic style so it's a perfect combo of old-meets-new. The rooms are very large, the amenities are fantastic, and as with all Mexican hotels in SMA the staff is superlative and very friendly, and accommodating. The rooftop included breakfast is a beautiful way to start the day, as the sun rises and hits the roof. Food is made with great care and is delicious! It's a full meal with fruit, juice, coffee, and a full plate of delicious fresh eggs, beans, chilaquiles, whatever you prefer. I love the build quality of the rooms and furnishings. It's basically a perfect location since it's split between the El Centro and the artist's community of San Antonia. You can easily walk to each. Really, a great find!

Fabulous boutique hotel
I loved my stay at Agua Santa Hotel Boutique. The staff were lovely and my room (the one pictured) was spacious and homey. Breakfast is served on the lovely rooftop terrace, where I also spent a lot of time during the day. The location was excellent, too. Short walk to everywhere, yet apart enough to feel quiet and relaxing.

I loved the location and the staff — especially the wonderful woman who waited on me each morning on the roof terrace and made me fantastic breakfasts! While not super modern or hip, the hotel was nice, clean, comfortable, very quiet and reasonable priced. I will definitely stay there again.

I liked the room. It was spacious but the bed was too soft. Also we didn’t have hot water all the time. I was disappointed to find out that coffee wasn’t in the room or lobby and I had to walk to a coffee shop.

The hotel is beautiful and clean, and while it’s well-located, it’s not so central that you’re right in the middle of the noisy, touristy area. I thought the decor was really thoughtful and beautiful, and there are several options for outdoor seating to enjoy the weather and the views. The young woman working at the front desk was very sweet, too.

The hotel staff was excellent, but the hotel amenities just don't justify the price. - Ok location. Close to Rosewood hotel but at least 15 min walk to Centro. I would have preferred staying in Centro for convenience. However, this hotel was the starting point of the Dia de los Muertos parade, so that worked out well for us. - Great included breakfast, but no lunch or dinner restaurant or bar. Had to go out searching for drinks to enjoy while in the room. - IT IS SO LOUD in the morning! The floors are all stone, could hear people walking down the hallways, tables getting dragged above our room. Really awful to wake up to - I liked the minimal waste - they had water refill station in the room and plastic-free bathroom products. Would have been really nice if they had robes/slippers available, since the floors were so cold and hard - Staff was fantastic, they arranged our airport rides and makeup for the day of the dead festivities. They were very nice

Fantastic hotel in great location
The hotel is in a great location. It is a short walk to the centre of San Miguel, and close to many great bars and restaurants. But it is not too close, so it is quiet at night. The venue is beautiful and there is a great roof terrace with a beautiful view over the surroundings. The terrace is great place to have breakfast in the morning and enjoy the peace and quiet before the city is waking up. The people that work at the hotel are very friendly and made me feel very welcome. Highly recommended!

Booked last minute long story had a bad day but our house was very polite and welcoming. I mentioned that my wife’s birthday was the day before and he suprised us with a cake at breakfast. Will definately recommend and will definately be back!
