"On March 10, 2025, there was one of the receptionist with glasses that's a petite lady who assisted my boyfriend & who went up to the room & ask him if he needed room service. Receptionist don't go up to anybody's room knocking asking for service. He already told her that he didn't want room service & 20 minutes later, the receptionist goes up knocking in the door & ask him if he wants room service. She's unprofessional for her to go up there asking that question and then wearing a clothes that...

"Really loved staying here, extremely affordable. The bed was soooo comfy! I appreciated the locked door in the evenings for safety reasons. Parking is close by and they offer you a voucher if you need one (for an extra fee of course). Only qualm we had was both of the elevator permits expired in 2022 and with how rickety it is, it definitely made us a tiny bit nervous on our rides up and down to the 12th floor. "

"Janet was working the front desk when we arrived. She was very nice and helpful. She was able to upgrade my room and placed me close to my friends. The young lady cleaning our room was also very nice. The space was comfortable and the views are amazing! I will definitely be back"

"Good hotel- very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Having a microwave and a fridge is a nice bonus! I also liked breakfast in the morning. Great location on El Camino Real in Sunnyvale- will be back another time! "
