There was a strong mold smell, but one night stay it was lovely. Location on beach was beautiful. Uber to property was $35 which was great. Staff was helpful and kind. Fun atmosphere.

Looking for a local hotel, instead of the "tourist" traps in VSJ? One that is literally right on the beach? And has a bar, grill and views of the ocean on BOTH sides? Say no more. Found this place while on the plane on an impromptu, last-minute, mind-clearing weekend trip and couldn't have been more relaxed. Not busy. Not full of tourists like VSJ. Not pretentious. Just laid back, simple accomodations. Local scene was lively at night and super friendly, especially the bartenders. Will definitely, DEFINITELY be back to relax. Thank you for a relaxing stay.

Our air conditioning unit turned off the first night in the middle of the night. Nobody was there to assist us and we tried to sleep through the room temperature reaching 90°. There were piles of empty beer, bottles and cans in the grass outside of our room. The beach closest to the hotel is so small you almost can’t even lay down the towel. We left after a couple of nights and found a nicer hotel elsewhere. Certainly not worth $245 per night.

The pool and the beach are beautiful. Short walk from room. Upstairs they have food it’s ok, staff is friendly and helpful during the evening they have music so you can have fun. Just ask for your room to be cleaned and you are set. Can’t wait to go back

The restaurant on site was nice. Staff was helpful and kind. Obvious signs of construction with equipment everywhere. Needs a solid brickbwall/ fence on the side across from 101102 103 Because the music is so loud from the business there early morning and all day. This makes the stay not so relaxing. We had no idea about a shuttle to the cruise port. We found out by accident late at night for the next morning and already paid for transportation. This would have been nice to know ahead of time. We also found out it only goes to one port and not both which is not good. Restaurant food and service was excellent. Music was too loud as far as trying to have a conversation. We had to yell the entire time which makes it hard to visit with each other. It seems like you are on a good path with making this a great resort as far as reno. Keep it up.

From check in to check out the overall process was awesome,staff very friendly and helpful with giving places to travel to. We got the perfect room the beach was our backyard,the views were absolutely breathtaking and beautiful. I will gladly recommend this property and be back to the location. It is almost 20mins from Old San Juan not too bad and you can travel via the ferry for $2.00 if needed.

Cozy stay in an unbelievable location: surrounded by water on three sides. Quick walk across a causeway to a secluded beach and national historic site, with great views of the San Juan harbor and old San Juan. The location was also convenient to get to old San Juan for dining via ferry from Cataño. The property seem relatively recent and its amenities still seem to be developing, so would hopefully become even better by the next time we visit!
