The 352 Guesthouse is a beautiful, small boutique hotel in a unique, historic building right in the middle of old San Juan. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive, the rooms are comfortable (even without windows), and the location couldn't be more convenient. Wonderful breakfast, lovely rooftop seating area with jacuzzi. We would definitely stay here again.

A great stay in a historic building in Old San Juan. A central location in the old town, super close to everything you’d want to see. The team at 352 Guesthouse were all super hospitable and helpful. We spent a wonderful week at 352 Guest House. This is a beautiful building with character and charm. It was the perfect place to rest, relax, and enjoy breakfast with family before exploring Old San Juan. In addition to the beauty of this well-cared-for 18th century building; the warm greeting, comfortable beds, the breakfast options, sitting together on the rooftop terrace, the quiet and peaceful atmosphere, and helpful advice on what to see, all made this a great place to stay in Old San Juan.
